Cancellation
If you cancel more than 7 days ahead of your booking, any deposits will be refunded. If you cancel within 7 days then the whole amount of your booking will be due. If we manage to resell the room then we will refund your costs minus deposit.
We recommend you take out a holiday cancellation insurance incase of unforseen circumstances.
Check in times
Our usual check in times are between 16:00 and 20:00. Check ins between 20:00 and 22:00 may be possible with prior notice, and a fee of £15 will apply. There will be NO check ins after 22:00.
