Just got back home after spending the weekend at this lovely B&B.This is the best B&B we have ever stayed in.Our room was really comfy,everywhere was spotless,and the breakfast was wonderful.Bernie and Danny were so friendly and we can honestly say that nothing was too much trouble for Bernie,she was lovely,we had homemade bread with our breakfasts and even went back to our room one afternoon and she had left two homemade scones with jam and cream for us.We shall be recommending this lovely B&B to all our friends and family and whenever we next return to Bowness would not dream of staying anywhere else.Thanks again for making us so welcome.Lynn and Tony dooner,New Brighton,North Wales.

We have just got back from a 3 night stay in the Rydal room. We had such a lovely time and the room was perfect, Bernie went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect from the moment we arrived until we left. She made the yummiest welcome cakes for us. Breakfast was gorgeous and very deserving of its award. All in all an amazing 4* b and b.
We cant wait till we are able to come back again. Thankyou xxx

Excellent BnB. Stayed in the Rydal room for 4 nights. Very comfortable and well equipped. Fantastic breakfast choice, home made bread each day. Bernie our host first class provided us with delicious home made scones, and was very informative of the area. Would highly recommend the Annisgarth.

We stayed for one night, booked last minute online. We had a wonderful stay in the Langdale room. Everything was spotless, sheets and towels White and pressed. The bathroom was gleaming and we were very impressed with the spa bath complete with candles and matches. (very thoughtful!)
We were greeted by Bernie and Danny and had home made choc brownies in our room Which was a lovely touch. The hosts catered to our every need and we had a very peaceful sleep. Breakfast was delightful, with home made bread! Bernie couldn't have been any more helpful and her warm personality really made our stay all the more enjoyable. She suggested we visit 'annies attic' in nearby Kendal which was fab! All in all we couldn't have asked for a better BnB and nicer hosts. We will certainly be re-visiting and have already reccomended Annisgarth to family and friends!

Overall a great experience, not a bad word to say about the accomodation, bernie and danny are great hosts. This was our second visit, and we will be going back again.
Wasn't too much of a problem, however the website advertises a discount for a stay of 3 days or more and no discount was given
