Had a great valentines weekend break here.Rooms very modern with a cosy feel and very clean, plenty of room for us and the breakfast was spot on. Not too far to walk to the centre where there are plenty of pubs and restaurants that were excellent. Sharon was very friendly and welcoming so we will definatly be returning here in the near future. We have recommended this B+B to all our friends.

Stayed here at this lovely b&b on 29th - 31st December in the grasmere room, very lovely warm inviting room, lovely breakfast. only 5 minute walk to the centre. Sharon was very friendly and polite. Will definatley be back again definatley rate this b&b 10 out of 10.

We enjoyed a very relaxing stay. Sharron was welcoming and friendly. The spa bath was a must after a long walk in Grizedale Woods! Highly recommended. Look forward to staying again - thank you!

Wonderful B&B - room was lovely - clean, modern and cosy. Breakfast was also faultless as was Sharron's friendly manner. I can't recommend it enough and will definitely be coming back to stay!

Stayed over May bank holiday weekend in the Langdale Room. The room itself was beautifully decorated and the bathroom with the spa bath was fantastic. An excellent way to unwind after climbing a mountain! Sharron is wonderful and extremely helpful. Parking on the street was never a problem, even when coming back late. We definitely recommend this B&B!
