Things To Do in and around Windermere

Annisgarth B&B is an excellent base for exploring Bowness, Windermere and the Lake District. We have a good range of brochures on local attractions and places of interest and are always happy to offer local advice on places to eat, walk and relax.

There is an excellent Tourist Information Centre located in Windermere, near the train station with a comprehensive range of tourist information and very helpful staff. Windermere and Bowness has an extensive range of facilities for short & long stay visitors. Banks,Post Office, Internet Cafes, Bars, Restaurants and the Cinema are located near by.
